We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lights Lacquer purchase; however, due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
